Individual Hour
This is the most common service scheduled and meets most clients’ needs.
$200
- Individual therapy or counseling consists of one person in treatment. This service is a 45-minute psychotherapy session. The appointment length is approximately 50 minutes in duration, with 5 minutes allotted for technology connection, payment, or scheduling.
Individual Long Hour
Some clients prefer a longer session, especially for those who prefer a talk therapy approach.
$250
- Individual therapy or counseling consists of one person in treatment. This service is a 60-minute psychotherapy session. The appointment length is approximately 65 minutes in duration, with 5 minutes allotted for technology connection, payment, or scheduling.
Double Hour
Appropriate for Individuals or Couples, the double hour is two 45-minute sessions without a break.
$300
- Individuals who prefer longer sessions without interruption, or intensive treatment benefit from the double hour. Couples are only offered double hour session appointments, as the full time is needed when treating more than one person. The service is a 90-minute psychotherapy or counseling session. Appointment length is approximately 95 minutes.
Fees
Fees are due on the day of service. Payment is accepted by any major credit card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Health savings accounts or flex spending accounts with a credit card logo are accepted.
Superbills and Insurance Details
Superbills are available monthly, upon request. No direct billing to any insurance plan. However, many clients receive whole or partial reimbursement from their insurance plan. Your ability to obtain reimbursement will be set by your plan limits. It is advised that you contact your plan directly to discuss out-of-network benefits and coverage.
